The fees quoted are our base rates. The fee is based on the scope of the work and may differ from the fees listed below. Please call for a specific quote on your appraisal assignment. All appraisals are performed by an experienced, certified licensed appraiser.

FULL APPRAISAL (Most Common Appraisal Request)
Includes full measurement of the home to verify square footage, interior and exterior inspection with photos, and up to 6 comparables including two active listings.
Standard Single Family Home and Condo $400+
Complex Assignment (over 4,000 sf, over 1 acre, strong views, etc) $500+
Luxury Estates, Oceanfront, Over 5,000 SF, Unique Property Please Call
EXTERIOR ONLY INSPECTIONS

Limited in scope with no interior inspection and no measurement done to verify square footage. Best option when interior access is not possible.

Standard Single Family Home and Condo $300+
Complex (over 3,000 sf, over 1 acre, strong views, etc) $400+
FHA APPRAISALS (Completed by FHA Certified Appraiser)
Used by lenders to secure FHA loans. All FHA appraisals are completed according to FHA guidelines.
Single Family (FNMA 1004), Condo (FNMA 1073) $500+
Complex (over 3,000 sf, over 1 acre, strong views, etc) $600+
MANUFACTURED HOUSING
Must be affixed to a permanent foundation on Fee Simple interest
